[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Loans on Hold Report is fixed

Good morning, Financial Aid Community,

Many of you reached out regarding issues with the Loans on Hold Report. It had been returning multiple rows per student loan, was producing an excessive number of extra pages, and was taking a long time to produce the report.

We have implemented a fix in Production to the delivered FA854A source query for the report, which has resolved the problems with the report, as well. You can proceed as usual.
