Good morning ctcLink FA Users!



DG6C’s Go Live activities begin today! This is a reminder of the system lock out dates and times, and the steps you should take to ensure a smooth transition of your automated processes after DG6C colleges are live in ctcLink.

  *   Bio/Demo Conversion system lock out: Thursday, May 5th, 9:00 pm to Friday, May 6th, 5:00 am
  *   Go-Live system takedown: Friday, May 6th, 3:00pm to Monday, May 9th, 7:00am



All recurring processes, jobs, and jobsets will need to be canceled before the Production environment can be taken offline. For those of you who schedule or manage these for your college, please cancel any recurring or pre-scheduled processes and jobs that you have scheduled by 3:00pm TODAY, Thursday, May 5th and email fasupport at sbtc.edu<mailto:fasupport at sbtc.edu> once you are done.



Be sure to keep a list of what you have scheduled (and when!) before you cancel them.



Instructions on how to cancel processes and jobs are attached.



After Production comes back online on Monday, May 9th we will let you know when it is time to reschedule your processes and jobs, along with a schedule of JobSet time slots for those of you still in Dual Processing.
