[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Dual Processing - Run Control Update for End of Winter 2022

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dual Processing Colleges

At the end of each term, this Run Control for the degree data process should be changed to the most recently completed Term.

Therefore, at the end of Winter, please go into this Run Control and change the Start Term to 2221.

Here is the related Navigation:
Main Menu> Financial Aid> CTC Custom> CTC Interfaces> FAM>FAM

Look up your Run Control, that is in your jobset:

Example Below:
WA100_DEG_MF

At the end of Winter, change the start term to 2221, and Save.

You do NOT need to change anything within the CTCFADP jobset – just this one run control.

On another related note – but not specifically for you, you may want to let your SF SMEs responsible for refunding aid, that you will now be including your Spring 2022 term, when you’re ready.
