[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Reminder: FA PRP 4 Install 7/21

Good Morning FA-

This is a reminder that the FA PRP 4<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/it-support/erp/ctclink-accessibility/ctclink-fa-prp-4overview.pdf> installation will take place in the evening this Thursday, 7/21. Our Technical folks have confirmed that this installation will not impact JobSets scheduled during this timeframe. Those with JobSets scheduled to run during the installation window do not need to reschedule the JobSet to resume the following day.


As a reminder DG5 and DG6 colleges will report FISAP out of Legacy.
