[ctcLinkfinaidsupport] Cross-Pillar Training: Item Types 102 (Practicum)

Good Evening,

SBCTC will be hosting a Cross-Pillar Session on August 22nd, 2022 at 9am to 11am (extra 30 minutes is in case we go a little over).

This is the second training session in the Item Types Series. This mini-series training will assist individuals looking to gain a better understanding of item types.

In this 102 Session, we will be going over practical applications of item types and how they flow on student and corporate accounts. This includes:

  *   Understanding View Customer/Corporate Accounts
  *   Tuition Calculation
     *   Term Fees
  *   Posting a Charge
  *   Reversing a Charge
  *   Posting a Student/Corporate Refund
  *   Award not posting correctly to charges on Student Account

We encourage new employees as well as individuals who want a refresher on item types to attend.
