This calendar invite is for your Just-in-Time Training on State Aid Reconciliation for Summer Term held on August 3rd, 2022, from 9AM - 11AM.  This Just-in-Time Training Session on State Aid Reconciliation for Summer Term is a deeper dive on the queries found in the https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92438/l/1375604-fa-fund-management-business-process-guide.

Objectives:

  *   Walk through on running queries and reports for state fund reconciliation to aid in Summer Term recon
  *   Tips on how using the review Fiscal Item Types page in review of funds remaining for the Aid Year
Audience:
Fin Aid Staff responsible for reconciling state aid

This State Aid Recon session is geared toward colleges who have just begun their first quarter of processing financial aid fully in ctcLink, though, all previously deployed colleges are invited to attend.  This session will be recorded.

The presentation slide deck will be attached to this invite prior to the session.
