Good morning Dual Processing ctcLinkers,

I am emailing to notify you all know we have an updated version of the Dual Processing Guide<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/1122042-financial-aid-dual-processing-business-processing-guide>.  Thanks to DG5A's and B's great collaborative feedback with us on our Go Live Support web exes, we've incorporated some explanation on steps to include:


  *   How to work the census extract file (p 92)
  *   Reconciliation known issues on FAM award sub codes (p 107)
  *   Added clarification to the step on loading the HPUX census file to the upload download page (p. 95) - the previous explanation was too vague about having to upload the file, so we further clarified the step in the guide.

Latest version of the guide is now from 10/28/2021 - please bookmark the Dual Processing Guide link in your preferred browser.  Further updates to the guide may continue as we progress with feedback from additional college deployment groups, so please check this link often.
