Hello FA ctcLinkers!

I have announcements on updates to the following ctcLink FA Business Processing Guides:


·        Pell Processing Business Processing Guide<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798577-pell-processing-business-process-guide> (06/18/21)

o   All images and Nav are reflective of PeopleSoft 9.2

o   No change to any process:

§  Images for Pell Outbound process include the latest COD Schema version 4.0e (on or around pg. 10)

§  Notation of query added for Year Round Pell for Trailer Institutions (on or around pg. 81)


·        Loan Business Processing Guide<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798572-loan-processing-business-process-guide> (06/21/21) -

o   No change to any process

§  Added notation of designating a new file name each time DL Out is processed (on or around pg. 19)


·        SAP Process and Set Up Business Processing Guide<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/798606-sap-process-and-set-up-business-process-guide> (06/22/21)

o   All images and Nav are reflective of PeopleSoft 9.2

o   Update to process

§  "STAT" SAP Status sections removed; no longer applicable as 125% rule eliminated

·         Please check your SAP Set Up Configuration for the 2022 AY.  If the STAT SAP Status exists in your set up, remove the STAT SAP Status from your SAP Set Up Criteria page (Nav:  Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid > Satisfactory Academic Progress > Define Set Up Criteria)

§  Added section of TEMP SAP Status with referenced QRG (on or around pg. 73)


·        FA Flow Business Processing Guide<http://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/92436/l/794730-9-2-fa-business-flow> (06/22/21) -

o   No change to any process - Added notation to type out the file path and file name on the note pad Combined File (on or around pg. 18)
