Hi everyone,

I hope you're all having a great Friday, and very much looking forward to the weekend!  Aren't you all excited we get back a whole 'nother hour of 2020 when we set the clocks back this weekend?!

For your ctcLink'ing pleasure, I am sending along the latest QRG for the process to manually resolve overpayment statuses in ctcLink.  Not only do you have to complete the checklist, and set the DB Match in View Pack Status Summary, there's an additional step in Updating Incoming Aggregates too.
