[ctcLink-Mobile] HCX Android App Bug

Good morning all,

We have rolled out a new version of the HCX Android App this morning. In our testing it appears to have fixed the bug that had been reported and is not having issues loading. As there are so many device combinations we have done the most thorough testing that we can. If you find any issues please submit a ticket and we will get it looked at ASAP.

Subject: HCX Android App Bug

We have been informed of a bug that is impacting the HCX Android App. There are reports of the application not loading and in the Google Play store a pop up appearing that states that the 'ctcLink' app has a bug. We are working with the vendor to determine the root cause and find a fix for this issue. We will update everyone through this eList once we have more information.
