This notice is for all users of the ctcLink production environment.

Alert Update: The DG6B conversion activities are complete and the system is back online and available for use.

Issues
Weekend Conversion
SBCTC will be performing weekend conversion activities.

  *   The entire ctcLink environment will remain offline during the Weekend Conversion dates noted above.
  *   A portal message will be added the week of the maintenance period.
  *   Users who attempt to log in will be redirected to an outage page during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
