What barriers and challenges to success do you experience as a faculty member in our Washington State CTC system?

In an effort to improve events offered by the SBCTC Assessment, Teaching, and Learning office<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/programs-services/assessment-teaching-learning/>, as well as inform future offerings, I have created a brief survey to collect information from you, our valuable faculty member, about challenges and barriers you experience in two key areas of success:


1.    In the classroom (ensuring the learning of all students);

2.    within the organization (department, program, unit, or campus level).

The survey is composed of 11 questions.  The final question asks you if you might be willing to be interviewed by me in more depth so I can better understand the challenges you face and how I might design more responsively to meet your needs.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and completely confidential.  When I share the results with stakeholders (such as professional developers in the system<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/programs-services/assessment-teaching-learning/atl-quarterly-retreats.aspx> and planning committees for events), your name will NOT be associated with any of the findings.
