How do I Register?

·         Fill out the three forms (attached) and send via secure fax to 360.473.2830

o   If you do not wish to disclose your SSN on the “Boot Camp Reg. Summer 2017” form, please fill out the “Request for Student’s Taxpayer Identification number” form in its entirety and check the box for “I am unable to, or choose not to provide my SSN.”

o   Boot Camp is an accredited course and the program will therefore pay for one copy of your official Olympic College Transcript upon completion.  Please fill in the “Transcript Request form” if you wish to receive one free transcript. If you desire, each additional copy is $7.25, and may also be requested on that same form.


·         When the forms arrive and registration is completed there will be the requirement to pay for the $225 fee.

o   An email will be sent to the prospective Boot Camp student email that was entered into the “Boot Camp Reg. Summer 2017” form.  That email will give you information you need to pay for the course fee online with a personal or organizational debit or credit card.
