Perhaps some of you are quite familiar with the work of the California Community Colleges. Here's a gem, their Accessibility Capability Maturity Model<https://cccaccessibility.org/acmm>. I am particularly inclined to their goals and milestones<https://cccaccessibility.org/acmm/goals-milestones> as a guide to get our Accessibility Committee off the ground. I hope the resource is beneficial to others as well.
