[CATO] Spammage?

Hi CATO, sorry! This is not spam. The SBCTC IT Communications team sent these messages to CATO while I was on leave and no one knew they required moderator approval. I went in today to approve the messages and that is why they came in all at once. These emails are largely updates about ctcLink and the Legacy Project.
