[CATO] Vector Solutions Update and request for committee member to attend meeting on 8/27.

Hi CATO,

I have learned more information about Vector Solutions and college usage that I was not previously aware of but does helps me to understand why some colleges received access to the Vector Solutions LMS before Vicki and I did! Keep reading for more details.

SBCTC will be attending a meeting with VS on Tuesday August 27th from 9am to 9:30am. Is a CATO member available to attend and help represent our group's interests and concerns? Also, if you or others at your college have already begun any testing or review of the VS LMS, would you be willing to share those with Vicki and me as we begin our own investigations?

The campuses listed below hold contracts with Vector Solutions for services outside of the SBCTC system contract and are currently on and deploying training through the Vector Solutions LMS platform, while keeping their access to Get Inclusive under the SBCTC system contract through the end of the year if they need it for any reason.

These individual campuses are already working with VS for the process of transitioning over to the Vector Solutions LMS platform as part of the migration process in preparation for Get Inclusive sunset on 12/31/2024. These campuses are setting up the Vector LMS to meeting their needs, configuring/reviewing modules, and gathering their data. They also have access to Get Inclusive LMS in parallel to the migration so there is no interruption in training for the learners. Once a campus has fully transitioned to the Vector Solutions LMS we work with them to shut down the Get Inclusive system and provide them with their final reports.
