Hello CATO!

  *   ID: 881 7678 3599

Please take some time to look at the CBI materials before Tuesday. There is a lot to go through, and you may not be able to get to everything which is OK. As you look through the materials, focus on the items that will help answer some of the questions we have been discussing, such as the roles and responsibilities of a Policy 188 Coordinator, types of required of training and support, and the level of executive buy-in required to be effective, etc. Remember, we stated a goal to author a list of best practices and suggestions or guidance to our system for staffing this role.
