Subject: Great article!

Dear Jess, Amy, and Tom:
I wanted to share my appreciation for your EDUCAUSE Review article on digital accessibility<https://er.educause.edu/articles/2018/3/when-accessibility-doesnt-make-it-into-the-educause-top-10-turn-it-up-to-11>, and your choice to pivot from wondering why that issue is missing (again) from the EDUCAUSE Top 10 IT Issues to asking, “What can we do about it.” Bravo!

As the EDUCAUSE staff lead for the Top 10 project, there are issues that I wish, wish, wish would make the Top 10 but do not. So your recognition that 10 is a conceit that constrains was a wonderful reframing.

I loved your practical advice and your commitment to this issue. Congratulations!
Best,
Susan
