Yes, that's my recollection and what I have been doing. I think cutting out some slides is ok, and talking quick. The main part is to stay on task and try to elicit feedback, in the two I have done there has been 5 minutes of feedback only.

Jess has anyone emailed suggestions to cato@ listserve yet?

Well my assumption would be that we give the same presentation as all of the other commissions and then tell them we welcome their feedback to inform our proposal. I thought the plan was to give the same presentation to everyone so that there's consistency in the messaging.
