I just discovered something awwwwwesome!

In Office 365, when using Outlook, you can specify that you prefer accessible content. When someone (in your office) is drafting an email to you they get prompted about accessibility (just like notices about out of office replies), and they’re able to check their email for accessibility issues:

I think it only works for 365. I can recreate from Outlook on my desktop, but it’s a start!
