Leftovers. Where do we put them??

Suggestions? Ideas?

Career Services Program Manager

Highline

Chantal Carrancho

HR? (?)

ctcLink Project Manager

Lower Columbia

Eli Hayes

IT? (IT makes sense)

Analyst/Executive Assistant

Highline

Francesca

not sure what they are analyzing... (assistant to who? Are they a IT person, IR person. I would let them choose)

Program Specialist Continuing Ed

South Puget Sound

Jessica Moormann

elearning? not sure what they do... (I would say Instruction)

Exec. Dir. Community Relations

Wenatchee

Libby Siebens

maybe with DSS - can learn how/whys re; serving public with accessibility needs?? (agree DSS, no good fit)

Vice President of Administrative Services

Cascadia

Terence Hsiao

Terence can best answer this but perhaps with CTCLink to talk through access issues? (Let Terence decide, see what he thinks will help the most with current work)

Procurement Specialist

South Puget Sound

Vida Sherrard-Hannon

IT? - this is where our procurement lives (that one doesn't really fit anywhere, IT may be closest, depends on the college)

Vice President of Student Services

Lower Columbia

Sue Orchard

With DSS or separate? (could make separate VP group and put Terence with them)

Associate Dean, Student Services

Olympic

Heather Lukashin

With DSS or separate? (could make separate VP group and put Terence with them)

Here are some thoughts. Any "leftovers" - perhaps let them choose?

Doubt they are helpful but I tried!

It depends somewhat on what the affinity groups will be doing-what their role is. In our guided pathways work, we have put Deans and VPs in a leadership group for some activities. Another possible category is Student Services, which could include the dean and vp and career services person. Too small a group at the moment, I suspect.

Hi all,

I'm trying to pull together the affinity groups, but I have some folks that don't fit a group (from my initial view). Please look over this spreadsheet and provide some ideas on how to split folks up. For some of the larger groups I'm thinking maybe we break them into two groups (easier for each person to have their voices heard).
