[Campusce] If the CampusCE PeopleSoft integration is paying tuition instead of fees

When you review a customer account in PeopleSoft you will see the Account Type of MandFees (FEE001) and Tuition (TUT001).  The balance on both should be $0 for any CNED classes using the integration.  If you see a payment on the tuition line it is because the item type associated with the fee on the class is on the CLS_FEE_STATE_FUNDED tree node. CNED classes should use fees that are associated with self-support, not state funded.

It could be that the fee is on the wrong tree node. You would need to submit a ticket to support to have it moved. Or it could be that the wrong fee is being used and you need to find a different fee to use.  Work with your finance department to determine the issue and how to resolve.

You can run this query CTC_CM_CLASS_FEES_BY_STRM to view all classes in the CNED career with the fees and item types.
