Danielle—

Highline paid CampusCE to develop an attestation form for us in CampusCE for non-credit classes. It is not integrated, but the data is made available through DataDirect (which is included in our SBCTC agreement).

Our CE team had ben replicating that attestation data to ctcLink but we just agreed to a change where the CampusCE data feed is being provided to the public health team for reporting and non-credit data can just reside in CampusCE. You’ll have to reach out to CampusCE about implementing that form but you can refer to what they build for us.

Hi all,
I just learned that after we go live on April 25, all student attestations<https://ctclinkreferencecenter.ctclink.us/m/79750/l/1440196-9-2-student-immunization-attestation> will be through ctcLink. Our college is adding an Enrollment Requirement to all classes with an in person component which will display as a Service Indicator and block enrollment for those who haven’t attested/submitted an exemption.

I am wondering if others are going through this process in ctcLink with CNED students as well, or if there are other options?

>From what I understand, students would have to activate their ctcLink account and then go through the steps to submit their information. There will not be an option for us to submit this info on behalf of our students. I’m concerned this may be a major barrier – especially for our Quest retirement program.

Thank you,
