Hello Mary and Ken,

I hope this email finds you well. Unfortunately, my mother has been
experiencing some severe health challenges for the past two days. I had
planned to drive out to Yakima tonight, but I really need to stay close by
today. Hopefully I'll be able to join you tomorrow, although I will
