[BLC] Statement of Need: BAS Behavioral Health Support Specialist

Hello ATC, BLC, and WEC colleagues,

Please see the attached Statement of Need submitted by Edmonds College for a proposed BAS Behavioral Health Support Specialist program in preparation for the April 2025 board meeting. The Statement of Need has also been shared out with our four-year partners for review over the next 30 days as part of our baccalaureate program approval process.
