[BLC] BLC mailing list bug

Hi Lindsey and BLC mailing list members,

Our SBCTC IT system administrator has informed me that there is a known issue with the mailing list software (Mailman) where users are unable to manage their subscriptions and receive the error message below.

While instructions for a workaround have been published on SBCTC’s website at Mailman eList Manager<https://www.sbctc.edu/colleges-staff/it-support/mailman-lists/>, it might be easiest if you sent me (khang at sbctc.edu<mailto:khang at sbctc.edu>) an email with any BLC subscribe/unsubscribe/modify requests and I can fulfill those manually until the issue is resolved.

And, Lindsey, your digest settings should now be updated to receive individual emails :)

Thanks for your understanding while our IT systems administration team works on resolving this issue with the vendor.

Hello,

It is possible to change my subscription to this list from the digest format to the individual emails? I’m finding the digest format hard to read and hard to access attachments. I tried to do this myself, but when I click the link in the email below, I get the following error page:
