Hello,

It is possible to change my subscription to this list from the digest format to the individual emails? I’m finding the digest format hard to read and hard to access attachments. I tried to do this myself, but when I click the link in the email below, I get the following error page:

Just wanted to share out a data point from the latest enrollment monitoring report from our policy research team (attached) that you may find interesting or insightful - no action required.



Washington community and technical colleges enrolled 145.6 thousand full-time equivalent students (FTES) in winter quarter 2025, an increase of 9% over the previous winter. State-funded FTES also increased by 9%, totaling 96.5 thousand FTES. Contract-funded enrollment was up 10% in winter quarter, with 47.3 thousand FTES, and student-funded enrollment increased by 9% to 1,766 FTES.



Select program enrollment in winter 2025 increased for:

* Applied Baccalaureate: up 11% (+488 FTES);
* Basic Education for Adults: up 8% (+1,155 FTES);
* Apprenticeships: up 4% (+132 FTES);
* Basic Food, Employment and Training: up 21% (+685 FTES);
* eLearning: up 9% (+7,816 FTES);
* I-BEST: up 12% (+374 FTES);
* International: up 17% (+894 FTES);
* International Contract: up 16% (+706 FTES);
* Running Start: up 11% (+2,698 FTES);
* WorkFirst: up 30% (+359 FTES); and
* Worker Retraining: up 12% (+579 FTES).

Just wanted to share out a data point from the latest enrollment monitoring report from our policy research team (attached) that you may find interesting or insightful - no action required.



Washington community and technical colleges enrolled 145.6 thousand full-time equivalent students (FTES) in winter quarter 2025, an increase of 9% over the previous winter. State-funded FTES also increased by 9%, totaling 96.5 thousand FTES. Contract-funded enrollment was up 10% in winter quarter, with 47.3 thousand FTES, and student-funded enrollment increased by 9% to 1,766 FTES.



Select program enrollment in winter 2025 increased for:

* Applied Baccalaureate: up 11% (+488 FTES);
* Basic Education for Adults: up 8% (+1,155 FTES);
* Apprenticeships: up 4% (+132 FTES);
* Basic Food, Employment and Training: up 21% (+685 FTES);
* eLearning: up 9% (+7,816 FTES);
* I-BEST: up 12% (+374 FTES);
* International: up 17% (+894 FTES);
