The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) seeks a Policy Associate (Baccalaureate Programs)<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/> to join the Education Division. The policy associate is responsible for collaborating across the Washington State Community and Technical College system to provide leadership for the development and management of baccalaureate programs. Activities include oversight of the bachelor's program approval process, program inventory, policy development, and support for the Baccalaureate Leadership Council. Additionally, the Policy Associate will support other projects within the Education Division including the development of a statewide Computer Science curriculum, advancing policies related to academic credit for prior learning, and support for transfer initiatives. The position reports to the Director of Transfer Education.
This position is headquartered in Olympia, Washington. Remote working arrangements may be considered, however travel to Olympia as well as in and out of state for in-person meetings, system meetings, and conferences is required.
The annual salary is $104,520 to $104,520 (This salary includes the 3% COLA effective July 1, 2024).
