Position Overview
TCC is seeking a team member who can help lead, oversee and grow our current bachelor degree programs and help develop future programs to serve our community. The position plays a key role in advancing TCC's commitment to develop and deliver high quality bachelor degree programs by collaborating with program chairs, faculty and Pathway Specialists to ensure a holistic learning environment and support system for non-traditional college students. This position is responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting student recruitment, retention, completion, and employment. This position also leads bachelor degree-related outreach, marketing including social media and event planning. The BAS Manager reports to the Dean of Business, Paralegal & Technology and Bachelor Programs and may supervise support staff.
This role will require some evening hours to accommodate evening bachelor's programs and information sessions for non-traditional students.
