Subject: Web Application Outage Notification 3/15/2023



There has been a hardware failure in a SQL server that provides data for most of our websites other than ctcLink.



The SBCTC Network Services team is working on it, but this may be an extended outage. The following web-based applications are affected:

  *   CapTrack
  *   Common Course Numbering
  *   SERS
  *   MetaLink
  *   QARS
  *   IBest Programs
  *   OBIS
  *   OGMS
  *   ProCert
  *   Smarter
  *   SUE
  *   Unpaid Leave
  *   WABERS
  *   WIPHE
  *   Data-driven sections of sbctc.edu such as staff directory and job postings.



We will send out a notice when the server is operational.
