Hi Scott,

I let Jamilyn know this a while ago, but I didn't realize our very preliminary answers to the interest survey would be shared in an identifiable way. I submitted Whatcom's interest as a placeholder, but we're actually more likely to be interested in a shared or consortium approach at this point and won't be submitting a statement of need at this moment. I'm sharing in case anyone asks.
