Access to Wa Connection portal will still be available, however, please note that anything completed or submitted via the portal will not be processed until the next business day.

Subject: DSHS Offices Closure on Furloughed Mondays Between June 29 and July 25, 2020

Dear Washington Connection Advisory Committee Members,

As required by the Governor's directive<https://www.governor.wa.gov/sites/default/files/directive/20-08%20Furloughs%20and%20General%20Wage%20Increases%20%28tmp%29.pdf> in response to the budget impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, over 40,000 state employees will be furloughed one day per week between June 29 and July 25, and then one day per month between August 1 and November 30, 2020.

Because DSHS has designated Mondays as the temporary furlough days beginning June 29 through July 25, all online applications, eligibility renewals, change reports and mid-cert reviews submitted through Washington Connection on these furloughed Mondays won't be processed until the next day.

We appreciate your understanding.  Thank you for sharing this information.
