[BFET] [UCE] BFET Billing/Invoicing Updates

Good Morning BFET Team,

As we approach another invoicing deadline, we are sending you another update on our current status.

We do not have a finalized contract with DSHS yet, however, we are in negotiations to come to an agreement on the contents of the final contract. We have an upcoming meeting with DSHS that we are hopeful will result in a finalized contract.

Once we get the final contract we will process the submitted October invoices and send notice to the system to submit November's invoicing, which may very well be after the invoicing deadline.

We understand the angst this may be causing and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience while we ensure our contract is representative of the current work that is done by the SBCTC and the colleges along with ensuring we are legitimately able to meet the required obligations of the contract.
