[BFET] [UCE] FFY20 BFET Billing and Invoicing Workbook

Hello BFET Team,

Thank you for your patience as we prepare the attached FFY20 Billing and Invoicing Workbook for use. While we still are awaiting our FFY20 contract from DSHS, we were able to obtain the needed contract information to complete the FFY20 BFET Billing and Invoicing workbook in time for you to begin your invoicing.

Important and Helpful Information

·         October's invoicing deadline is December 10th, 2019. Please make sure you have submitted your invoicing by that date. If you will be unavailable please ensure your backup person has everything they need to complete and submit invoicing on your behalf.

·         Review the instructions in the workbook book prior to completing and submitting.

·         If you plan to reutilize funds for FFY20, you must submit the Reutilized Funds Tracking sheet with your first billing and each subsequent billing after that.
