Good Afternoon BFET Forum Guests, and Presenters,

We are excited to share Forum information, including the attached PDF version of the 2019 BFET Training Forum agenda.   (You will also receive a printed copy at the time of registration).

HOTELS
We are working with two hotels this year:

Please note, some of you have received a hotel confirmation.  If you have not received a confirmation number, please email agdamfm at dshs.wa.gov<mailto:agdamfm at dshs.wa.gov> and we will send to you.

REGISTATION
Voluntary Pre-Registration will be available from 6:00pm -7:30pm on June 3rd (next to the Front Desk) at the Murano Hotel.
Regular registration begins at 7:30am on June 4th at the Forum.

BREAKFAST TICKETS
At time of online registration, each guest chose a breakfast option. If you chose vegetarian or standard (eggs & potatoes), you will receive breakfast tickets for each day. Please place your ticket at your place setting.

Please note:

·       If you chose standard with bacon, there is no need for a ticket

·       We are unable to make changes to your breakfast choices

·       All questions should be directed to Felicia Talbott (please do not ask the banquet staff)


PARKING AT HOTELS
Hotel Murano guests will register their car at the time of check-in. (Please note your license plate and be prepared to share at check-in). Parking has been included for Murano hotel guests as part of our package. You will have in-an-out privileges.

The La Quinta Hotel has free parking.

PARKING FOR THE TRAINING FORUM
Presenters, day-only guests, and La Quinta guests, you will be able to park at the Hotel Murano.  When you enter the self-park garage, you will encounter a kiosk and choose BFET Training Forum.  In-and-out privileges are allowed, just choose BFET Training Forum at the kiosk when you re-enter.

TRAINING FORUM
Please review presentation and breakout session information in the agenda for 6/4 and 6/5.

ANNUAL BFET MEETING ON 6/6
DSHS BFET will hold their first Annual BFET Provider Meeting. This meeting is intended for current BFET Providers.

We are incredibly excited to have you attend the Forum.  See you next week!
