[BFET] Updated BFET Grants: Summer Funding Survey

Hello BFET Team!

Thank you for your patience! Attached is the updated grant amounts from the Summer Funding Survey, including the 100% funding. Thank you to all who responded promptly. Thank you to all of the colleges who returned funds and adjust requests to accommodate receiving 100% funding. Approvals were based on billing/invoicing, current budget, and immediate need. Because more was requested in Tuition than was returned, we were only able to approve a portion of what was requested (65% of each request). All requests for Participant Reimbursements were fully funded.

SBCTC will adjust grant amounts in OBIS<https://apps.sbctc.edu/OBIS> within the next two days. Once your grant amount is adjusted in OBIS, your college will receive an automated award increase/decrease notification from OBIS. After you receive the automated email, you will need to go into OBIS to create and submit a budget revision request so that your budget reflects the new grant amount.

If you were awarded 100% funds you will need to complete the narrative(s) for those categories where you have funding on the 100% funds line item. You cannot use these funds until you have an approved budget revision.

Reminder: OBIS will not allow you have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time. June billing is due August 10th.  If you need to do a budget revision so you have the ability to bill, you will need to complete your budget revision prior to submitting your billing.

Please submit your budget revision request no later than August 2, 2019.
