[BFET] Gift Card Procedures?

Dear colleagues,

Does anyone have a gift card disbursement policy on their campus they are willing to share?  We are currently re-establishing our procedures and any input from other schools would be helpful!

Specifically, I am hoping to get some input on how your college processes gift cards that are applied as financial aid such as gas cards.  I know quite a few schools also distribute bus passes too, which I assume may be a similar process.
