[BFET] BFET Fall Funding Survey - Due 8.28.19

Good Afternoon BFET Team,

Our Fall Funding Survey is here! Please submit your response by Wednesday, August 28th, 2019.

Important Information:

·         The survey is for both 100% and 50/50 funds.

·         The survey is organized by sections and depending on your answers to the initial yes/no questions for each section you will be directed to complete the correlating questions.

·         If you are not requesting or returning ANY funds you will be able to submit your survey without answering the funding questions in each section.

·         Attached is a full copy of the survey, please print this out to best prepare for the questions you will be responding to. Questions will not be presented upfront in the survey. You will have the availability to go back and forth through the pages as needed while completing the survey.

Please submit a response, even if you are not returning funds or requesting additional funds. We must receive a response from every college before we can process requests. Incomplete funding surveys will be returned for additional information and clarification. Please make sure you are filling out the survey completely.
NOTE for all funding surveys: We do our best to fulfill your requests (for additional funds or to return funds), but there will be times when this is not possible. Our funding and redistribution decisions are bound by system-wide need and availability of funds. Please let us know your funding needs through these quarterly surveys, but keep in mind there is no guarantee we will be able to award additional funds or accept the return of funds.
Tips for filling out the survey

·         Please read the directions throughout the survey for clarification and examples.

·         Your answers should be specific and thorough-we will use this information to redistribute system funds based on need. The more information we have, the faster we can process requests.

·         We will also take into consideration your current billing status, your remaining balance of BFET funds, and your immediate need for your requests.

Staffing

If you will be out of the office for a significant portion of this survey, please make sure to have a back-up staff person who can fill out the survey on your behalf and answer questions in case we need clarification. Waiting on a response from one college/CBO can hold up the whole process, so please make sure your staff are available.

FFY19 Funding Surveys

This is the final funding survey for FFY19, there will be NO additional opportunities to request funds or request to return unneeded funds.
