Please make sure you submit a response for the FFY19 Winter Funding Survey by next week Tuesday, December 11th.

Submit a response, even if you are not requesting to return funds or requesting additional funds. We're unable to process requests until every college has responded.

Our Fall Funding Survey is here! Please submit your response by Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

Please submit a response, even if you are not returning funds or requesting additional funds.
We must receive a response from every college before we can process requests.

Tips for filling out the survey

*         Please read the directions throughout the survey for clarification and examples.

*         Your answers should be specific and thorough-we will use this information to redistribute system funds based on need. The more information we have, the faster we can process requests.

*         We will also take into consideration your current billing status and your remaining balance of BFET funds.

Staffing
If you will be out of the office for a significant portion of this survey, please make sure to have a back-up staff person who can fill out the survey on your behalf and answer questions in case we need clarification. Waiting on a response from one college/CBO can hold up the whole process, so please make sure your staff are available.
FY19 Funding Surveys

There will be multiple funding surveys throughout the grant year. Each funding survey is an opportunity for you to request additional funds or request to return unneeded funds. Please do not wait to return unneeded funds until last minute. It is very important that you return unneeded funds to the system as soon as possible in the fiscal year to ensure that: (1) we do not leave large amounts of funds unspent at the end of the federal fiscal year; and (2) colleges that need additional funds can receive them as soon as possible to serve students.
