[BFET] Agenda & Details: WorkFirst-BFET Summer Quarter Meeting (8/15/18)

Good afternoon WorkFirst and BFET Teams!

Please see the attached agenda for our upcoming WorkFirst-BFET Summer Quarter Meeting on August 15th.

WebEx: We've included access information on the agenda.

Attendance: Due to space limitations, we are requesting that only one staff person per program attend this meeting. If your college has staff trained in both BFET and WorkFirst, please send one person to represent your college. If your staff are not cross-trained, please plan to have one person attend for WorkFirst and one person for BFET.

Brainstorm: Your team's experiences, thoughts, questions, and concerns are important and should be represented at the meeting. We have planned time in the morning (networking event) to work through these topics:

Ø  What are some topics/areas you would like developed for system-wide support?

Ø  What are some areas that would be beneficial for individualized, targeted support?

Ø  How can we move the system forward through partnership and collaboration (amongst partner agencies, colleges, and the community)?

Ø  Throughout our discussions, please identify areas where cross-training support would be vital/helpful.
Please brainstorm these questions on your campus before our August 15th meeting and come ready to share your team's input.

We are excited for this joint meeting and look forward to having everyone in the same room! Please let us know if you have questions or concerns before then.
