A fillable copy of the updated BFET Reutilized Fund Tracking document is attached to this email.  I've also attached Jennifer's original email with the background info including the power point with instructions.

Please submit your invoice/revised invoice in OBIS with this form, if you reutilize funds, and your match (leveraged funds) certification form no later than Friday, May 4, 2018.
