Good afternoon.
The SBCTC is scheduling our compliance monitoring visits for 2017-18 at this time. Please review the attached FFY18 Monitoring Visit Schedule to find the date and time we would like to visit your campus. Developing a schedule that allows us to get all of our visits in is quite a puzzle, so we would appreciate your doing your best to accept our proposals, if at all possible.

In order to efficiently complete the monitoring visit, please make sure your staff is included, as you see appropriate.

Thank you for your dedication in serving our low income students as they strive to be successful in their educational endeavors and strengthen their employability skills toward increased self-sufficiency.
