[BFET] Reminder: FFY18 BFET/RISE Non-Disclosure Form and Mandatory Training Reminder

Good morning.
I wanted to remind you that all BFET and RISE employees must renew their DSHS Non-Disclosure Form and their DSHS Mandatory Training annually. Please complete this no later than Tuesday, 10/31/17.

I have attached the  Non-Disclosure Form and the SBCTC Mandatory Training Verification Form.

*         The Non-Disclosure Form for all employees must be submitted to Kim Wheeler at the SBCTC, kwheeler at sbctc.edu<mailto:kwheeler at sbctc.edu>. This form is required for all employees that have access to confidential information of BFET and RISE students. It is, also, the form required to have your access to eJAS renewed for FFY18.

*         The completed SBCTC Mandatory Training Form must be submitted to me, mcarlisle at sbctc.edu. This is a great opportunity for team training with all team members joining together to watch the required training videos, signing off on a common form, and having it submitted. However, any staff unable to participate in this must complete the training and submit their form individually.
