Hi Mat,

Here is the case note audit for April.

*         LWIT is working on their case notes.  Demetra is working with Robin on improving their case notes.

*         Olympic continues to struggle.  Rick reports that their miss is due to a staff shortage.  However, I'm concerned because this has been going on for a few months now.

*         South Puget Sound Community College missed for the second month in a row.  This probably due to losing Tameka.
