[BFET] FW: FFY17 BFET 100% Funds Forms and Update

Good morning.
There seems to be a little confusion in completing the Performance matrix, so here's an example of what it should look like. Since the 100% carryover funds will be available only during the 4th quarter, you only need to input data into Column I; the rest of the form will auto-populate. Input the number of additional students in each BFET component you intend to serve with these additional funds.

Good afternoon.
DSHS has asked that our FFY17 100% funds request be provided on the attached budget and performance forms.

I have attached the 100% funding levels and performance numbers that were submitted to DSHS. Please use these numbers in completing your forms. The funding levels for many of you were significantly reduced from your original request to fit within the funds DSHS indicated were available.

They are ready to revise the contract as soon as this is completed. Since you so recently responded to the SBCTC 100% funding survey, I am hoping this will be an easy task for you.

With that said, I request that you return your completed forms be returned by this Friday, June 16th, 12 noon. I know this is a short turnaround, but if we can do this, we may be able to get the 100% funds the week of June 19th.
