After a lull following the leadership changes in BFET at DSHS, the Monthly Case Notes Audit process has been reinitiated. The results for November and December 2015 are attached. Though a small number colleges find themselves over the acceptable rate of 6% missed case notes, the majority are doing exceptionally well. I would especially like to commend the 19 colleges who had 0 missed case notes for December 2015. A couple of ideas that may help in putting case notes into eJAS: 1. Complete all progress notes in the first 3 weeks of the month prior to DSHS performing their case notes audit. 2. If you can't find a student on your active roster, check Basic Food FI Component Historical Report, and you should be able to access the students eJAS file from there, even if there has been a BFA closure. Thank you for continuing to give this your ongoing attention and for the fine job you have done on it.
