Thanks for the eagle eye on the events Terrill! I am adding Sheryl to this thread. I would like to be able to attend both and hope I don't need to make a choice!  But here it is, whatever anyone can do would be great.

Thanks for following up on this. The IT Commission is meeting that same day. (About half of the IT Accessibility coordinators from our system are expected to be at the commission meeting.)



I suggested that those concerned contact Sheryl, but I'm not certain any actually did. The group is copied here in case anyone wants to chime in.

Hi Jess,

Welcome back!  Hopefully it's not too shocking being back in the office after a week in Colorado.

I'm following up on something you said last week: That one of our upcoming Capacity Building Institutes conflicts with another event. I assume you're referring to the Policy 188 Coordinators CBI, which is scheduled for January 11. True?

If so, what's the conflicting event on that date?

Have you (or has anyone) communicated their concern to Sheryl or Lyla? I'm happy to relay this, although I'm not sure if we're contractually committed to our chosen space. Hopefully it's not too late to change if needed.
