[ATcoord] VPAT repository

Thanks Jess, I think later would be good...isn't there  a list out there
already for software used at all colleges - that is in common or required
by SBCTC? Seems like I remember my director sending something out for us to
fill in...hmmm anyone?

That might be a good place to start...
