[ATcoord] changes to Policy #188?

Only thing I have seen is the memo talking about feedback (https://ocio.wa.gov/sites/default/files/public/Accessibility%20Policy%20188%2020170317.pdf) other than that the policy is here (http://ocio.wa.gov/policy/accessibility ) and if that change happened it would be updated on that page unless SBCTC has made a quote on it that I have not seen myself yet.

I heard yesterday that state agencies will no longer be required to post a list of all software being used on the public facing website. Is this true?
