Below is our current working draft of an accessibility policy. It’s just gone into the policy process here.

Highline College (HC) strives to ensure that students, employees, and community members, including those with disabilities, have appropriate and effective access to technology and electronic content. Technology and content procured, developed, maintained, and used by HC will provide substantially similar functionality, user experience, and information access to individuals with disabilities as provided to others. This policy encompasses, but is not limited to, instructional materials, electronic equipment, software, and HC web sites.

Here is Whatcoms Policy, Procedure, Tech Request form (that starts all tech purchases campus wide), and our letter to vendors requesting VPATS.
Our accessibility tracking software is about ready to be shared. It allows end users to submit the software they use, allows us to submit VPATs and WCAG checklists, and allows us to track VPAT, WCAG, and Policy 188 requirements, notes, and feeds our public report. If you interested in seeing it I am happy to demo it and let anyone have the code if their interested.
